How to govern the tickets?

To govern the tickets, follow the below mentioned steps:

i) After successfully login into, you will be directed to the project launchpad. In project launchpad, click on the user profile (1) and then click on “Ticket Center" (2). Ticket_center

ii) Now you will be able to see the count of tickets based on the classification of status of ticket. Ticket-status-center

iii) You can filter the ticket based on the Title, Raised on, Raised By, Status , Classification, Priority, ETA. Filter

iv) You can also show or hide columns based on the columns necessary and unnecessary. Filter

v) Click on the launcher icon and now you will be able to see the entire details of ticket with Status tracker, Customer Success Executive assigned, Estimated Time of Completion and along with Description. You can also discuss the ticket with the customer success executive in the comment section. Filter

vi) You will receive email notifications for any updates that occur in the ticket. Let’s consider an example where a user has created a ticket for uploading the bulk file and customer success executive has commented on ticket. Filter
