1. Sign in to KTern Application with your email-password / using your outlook account

   

Forgot Password?

1. In case you have forgotten the password, click on “Forgot your password?” to reset your password

   

2. Enter your mail address and click on “Send Link”. KTern will send a password rest link to your email

   

3. Once you receive the reset password link, click on “Reset Password” to reset the password of your account

   

4. KTern will redirect you “Reset Password” page. Enter your new password and click on “Reset Password”.

   

5. Once the reset password is successful, Login with your registered email address and new password
