The Company

The client is a worldwide recognized reality for the design, manufacture, and marketing of products for the rational organization of space in the professional and consumer markets. Headquartered in Milan - Italy, they have been in business for more than 50 years with a mission of providing innovative solutions for the functional organization of space for home and professional.​

Currently using SAP ECC 6 EHP 7, they wanted to move to SAP S/4HANA. To conform with SAP best Practices, they needed to analyze their existing landscape, study the impact of moving to SAP S/4HANA, and generate a project plan for their SAP S/4HANA System Conversion which would involve the right timeline, effort, and resources. ​

KTern, an automated Digital Workspace built on the SAP Activate framework to automate and manage SAP S/4HANA Conversions from start to finish, was leveraged to complete the SAP S/4HANA Readiness Assessment.​

The Situation​

  3. Once the business case was ready, they wanted to draft a risk-free plan to move from ECC to S/HANA​.
